Kimberly participated in the Veterans Florida entrepreneurship program nearly six years ago, but the impact of that experience and exposure to entrepreneurial resources like Action Zone have propelled her to find success in ways she did not imagine at the time. About Kimberly Blackmon: Proud Veteran entrepreneur Kim Blackmon launched Privileged Faces Skincare (rebranded in 2021 to Glowmour Beauty) in Oct of 2014 as a mobile make up artistry business. In 2016, after struggling with her own skin issues she completed esthetics school & pivoted to skincare. Kim specializes in corrective skincare that involves peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, & microneedling. Kim is also a Certified Medical Electrolysis & Laser Technician.
